Why a separate site for this?
The main site (moderntherapygroup.com) is a public marketing page. We never collect protected health information (PHI) there. This subdomain (app.moderntherapygroup.com) runs the verification form and sends your details straight to an AWS Lambda eligibility service under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Member IDs, dates of birth, and insurance details only ever live on this side of the boundary.
This demo is currently on Netlify with no BAA. Until it moves to AWS at launch, please do not enter real insurance details. The form will not submit until the eligibility endpoint is connected.
